Elderberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of Whispering Meadow Farm’s unsweetened elderberry juice
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup mixed frozen berries (blueberries, blackberries, or strawberries)
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (or plant-based alternative)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • ½ cup almond milk (or your favorite milk alternative)

Directions:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
